Returns & Exchange Policy
Effective date: March 18, 2021
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order to us for a refund within 365 days of your purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- 1. You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the date of your purchase. We will not accept returns after this time period.
- 2. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- 3. Product returns will be processed in the form of store credits.
- 4. The customer will pay for return shipping fees.
- 5. Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
- 1. After your return/exchange request is received and approved, we will ask you to ship the product to us. Please select the lowest-cost shipment method with tracking.
- 2. The customer must provide shipment tracking details for the mail back with an image of the shipping receipt
- 3. Once your return/exchange is received, we will inspect the products within 3 business days of receipt.
- 4. When your return is approved, a refund (minus shipping) will be applied in the form of store credit within 7 business days.
- 5. If there are any questions regarding your return, our customer support team will reach out to you for follow-up.
Viewing and Using Store Credits
- 1. Store credits will be applied to your member account. If you don't have a member account already, please register here.
- 2. To view your store credits, login to your account and go to the "Store Credit" page under "My Account".
- 3. Store credits can be applied to your order on the checkout page after you login to your account. You will see the store credits option under "Payment Methods".
- 4. If you have store credits and do not see the store credits option, it is likely your order total is greater than your store credit balance.
- 5. If your order total is higher than your store credit balance, the store credit cannot be applied. Please choose another item or break up the items in your cart to separate orders to apply the store credit.
If You Received the Wrong Product
Contact us at email@example.com and send us an image of the item and its packaging. We will do our best to get the right product to you as soon as possible.
We believe everyone should receive their products in perfect condition. If you think that the product is defective, you may request an exchange under the Boom Racing Warranty.
